The usual orientation of life is to work on something until you get someplace - then you will be happy. That is what we all focus on - what do we need to do to be happy. This orientation is based on a misunderstanding of what happiness is and of what brings about happiness. In this one-day introduction to the Diamond Approach you will learn more about what this misunderstanding is and how the orientation of the Diamond Approach to the Spirit of Truth works to unfold our experience and develop our consciousness to bring us to what truly is happiness. To register contact Anne Laney at ABachman22@aol.com or call 303.423.5570.

The Diamond Heart Program is an on-going group comprised of two evenings per month, one weekend every other month, one or two of which will be non-residential five day retreats. Though closed to new students, it is still open to established students who are at the same level of study as the current level of the DH7. For inquiries on joining the DH7 call Katie or Michael Boone at 303-499-2434 or email ktboone@aol.com.

You can direct your email to Andreas Mouskos at AMouskos@msn.com.

The True Simplicity of Meditation
In reality, meditation is simple. It’s not exactly a mental exercise although the mind is involved in some ways. Once you understand what meditation is, its purpose, and how it works, you’ll see the beauty and naturalness that lie in its true simplicity. You will get a very clear, simple view of meditation, and time tested techniques to practice it effectively and correctly. You will be meditating effectively and correctly in the very first session. The meditation technique taught in this class is based in the Western Tradition and the Diamond Approach as taught by the Ridhwan School of Inner Work. It’s well suited for people who want to live in the world, work and have relationships. Cost for the class is $60 including materials. Roger Cohn has been practicing the Diamond Approach for the past 20 years and has completed the seven-year teacher training program of the Ridhwan School.
Each session consists of three Monday night classes from 7-9 PM:
Session 1: March 15, 22, April 5, 2010
Session 2: May 3, 10, 17, 2010
Session 3: June 14, 21, 28, 2010
Location: East Denver near 1st and Quebec
